Our Response to COVID-19

As we all adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact, your health and safety are top of mind at Preventia. We are pleased to announce there has been NO impact to your monitoring services during this unprecedented time. Our operations team is also fully functional for sales, service and installation in order to continue with our core purpose of helping people sleep at night and get the most out of their day. Of course, these operations are happening with modifications in order to assure the safety of you and our team. Increased Cleaning
We have increased cleaning and disinfecting procedures for our facilities, vehicles, and tools.

Stay Home Policy
We have asked any team member not feeling well to stay home.

Screening Procedure
We have implemented a screening procedure for all work sites being visited.

We have issued masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, shoe covers and cleaning supplies to each team member

CDC Guidelines
We have asked all team members to follow CDC guidelines, including washing hands prior to and after each customer interaction and practicing social distancing at all times.

Modified Installs
We have implemented a modified installation process in order to reduce the amount of time on-site and reduce interactions required.

We have implemented virtual sales consultations.

Our technicians are continuing to work on service, inspections, and installations as requested by our customers.

Our sales consultants are continuing to provide security consultations by phone, video or in-person as requested by our customers.
