Welcome to the Preventia family!
Hey there! If you’re here, you probably noticed there has been a bit of a change.
Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley (the lady who wrote Frankenstein) once said, “nothing is so painful to the human mind as a great and sudden change.”
We know this probably feels “great and sudden” and that change is not comfortable. We also know that only change can lead to progress! If you’ll promise to give us a chance, we promise to take the best care of you possible.
We are very excited to welcome you into our Preventia family. And, to be honest, not too much is going to change with this transition. In fact, several of those familiar friendly faces you already know will remain the same!
Our branch manager and all around go-to guy will still be DAVID KEMPF.
David is our certified QA (translated to Qualified Agent – one who has completed several requirements and aced industry-specific tests). You can trust him with all your technical needs.
Our office administrator will still be SARINA DICKENS.
You’ve probably talked to this sweet lady if you’ve had any billing or service questions in the past. She knows your rates and your service and can help with whatever you need.
Need sales help? TONIA BUTLER and MARK PEDIGO will still be your superstar contacts.
No matter the need – upgrade, new install, burglary protection, fire protection, cameras – Tonia and Mark can help.
Our outstanding technician team will still include
JESSE BARTLEY, BUDDY LEONARD, BILLY MARSH, and JASON MARSHALL.
These guys have years of service experience. They will continue to apply their expertise and skills to protecting you and your home / business.
And, just as a quick introduction, meet AARON WHITAKER.
He is the founder and owner of Preventia, a local company based out of Columbia, TN, now servicing Lafayette and surrounding areas. Aaron is a Nashville native with a bachelors degree in Business Management. Aaron has over 8 years of experience in the security industry and over 15 years of home services sales experience. He is committed to treating his customers like family.

We are here to offer additional resources to guarantee you the same excellent service you’ve always received. While we are making this transition, we do ask for your patience and, again, that you’ll allow us the opportunity to provide you superior service.
“When the winds of change blow, some people build walls and others build windmills.” – Chinese proverb
We hope you’ll build windmills with us.
