Meet Jason Monday.
He’s a technician here at Preventia, specializing in fire protection.
Jason got his start in the industry around 6 years ago. He recalls that his job with Columbia Fire Equipment came by chance; and he was delighted with the opportunity because it provided him an environment where he could tackle a new challenge every day. Jason always engages those challenges with customer satisfaction in mind. He asserts:
“Take time to correctly install so the customer is happy and the future service is easy.”
His transition from primarily fire service to the fire AND security industry was a considerable decision. Jason acknowledges that it has been his most significant trial this year; however, he wanted a new work home that was a good fit for him and his family. And boy, are we glad! In just a brief time, Jason has already demonstrated his willingness to assist other technicians, simplify complicated installation instructions, and dive into any service appointment. His fire system expertise and attention to neatness have proven invaluable to our customers. Furthermore, he measures success in his work as “being able to take on jobs, see them all the way through to completion, and end up with a satisfied customer.” We couldn’t ask for a more committed individual, and that dedication doesn’t stop with his work conduct!
Family motivates and influences Jason’s every thought. When we asked him to describe his greatest life accomplishment, he answered without hesitation, “it will always be my kids and my family.” Boy Scout Webelos Den Leader, baseball coach, overall active parent – Jason shares that when he’s not at work, you can find him supporting his kids at Culleoka Unit School. And, just to further highlight how crucial family is to Jason, check out his off-the-top responses:
Fun: playing with my kids
Hero: my dad
We are thrilled to have Jason join our Preventia family. We can’t wait to see how his talents, knowledge, and fervent work ethic help our team grow and help to shield lives in the years to come.
